After watching Christian and Oliver for the last 4 weeks on YouTube with English subtitles (I was ill so didn't have much to do) I have to admit I fell for the couple of which you are a part of. You both have such chemistry with each other. I have never seen this in real life or TV. It isn't like me to fall for these things. TV is TV and life is life. But you two did such a good job I think I was confused and a little sadly so. Now that I have done a little more research (watching you and Jo interview) I can balance my obsession and feel healthy both physically and mentally. I just saw an interview of you where you described your hunting hobby. I don't hunt for sport but when I was younger would hunt if I was going to save the animal for eating. Killing for killing sake I don't think I understand but you grew up where that is something you did. I now will go with my brother and use a scope but no bullets. I still get outside and know I could have if I needed or wanted to get the deer or grouse.
I want to thank you for doing such a great job with your character. You have help even me who has been out for awhile now understand some things and ask some questions of myself. If the two of you weren't so compelling to watch I don't think that would have been possible. Also, it is no longer about sex (although in the beginning I guess is was...the two of you were 'hot' together...sexy) but it is more about ethics, morales, caring and living YOUR life the best that you can. You two do a GREAT service and not just to gays but to all types of people that are discriminated against. I wish you and Jo the best of luck with your careers and if I could do anything to help I would since you have done so much for me. If I were selfish (and sometimes I am) I would say please stay together on this soap for 20 years but I can't say that. I am part German and part Irish. I've been to Ireland once and you and Jo have made me want to visit Germany. I guess I'm a little obsessed right now but give me a week or two and I'll be fine but that doesn't mean I'll stop wishing you the best for your personal life as well as your professional life. We only life once. Right? The two of you have given me a fresh outlook and I want you to know that. People are so busy putting people down and getting angry. As you get older remember that and all the support you received. It will keep you young and happy.
Blah...blah...blah... I just rambled. The point if there is one is Thank YOU. You made a difference and not a lot of people can say that. ;)
